The General George Patton Museum of Leadership at 4554 Fayette Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 is preparing for its annual Veterans Day Week Commemoration with free public admission and no installation gate pass required via the museum's dedicated US 31W access road.
Museum Hours & Direct US 31W Public Access
- Hours: Tuesday–Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday & Federal Holidays (including Veterans Day, November 11) 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
- Admission: Free to all visitors. Civilians enter directly from US 31W (Dixie Highway) via the museum exit without going through Fort Knox's security gates.
Featured Armor, Leadership & Cold War Exhibits
- Visitors can explore General George S. Patton Jr.'s personal command artifacts, WWII armored vehicles, the Berlin Wall display, and leadership galleries honoring U.S. Army soldiers stationed at Fort Knox since 1918.
