Kentucky Launches Free College & Career Planning Tools for Hardin County and Fort Knox Students Ahead of GO!vember

November 5, 2026

The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education partnered with Futuriti, Level All, and Common App to provide free grade 6–12 career planning and college application tools for Hardin County and Fort Knox students.

As Kentucky high school students and military-connected families across Hardin County Schools, Fort Knox Community Schools (DoDEA), and Elizabethtown Independent Schools enter GO!vember, the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) launched two statewide college and career planning initiatives on November 5, 2026.

Free Grade 6–12 Individual Learning Plan (ILP) Tools

  • Futuriti, CPE's free college and career exploration portal, partnered with Level All to give every Kentucky school district a free, FERPA-compliant platform for students in grades 6–12.
  • Hardin County and Fort Knox families can access Futuriti.org to compare Kentucky in-state tuition, GI Bill and military dependent scholarship options, and regional career pathways.

Statewide Free Common App Under House Bill 307

  • Under House Bill 307 (the My Kentucky Future Act), Common App now serves as Kentucky's unified public college application platform, allowing seniors to apply to Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC), Western Kentucky University, the University of Louisville, and other public institutions at no cost.
